About Me
Hello! My name is Joncarlo (JC) Alvarado. I am a software engineer and security researcher with interests in reverse engineering, automated program analysis, and programming language design. I studied Computing Security at the Rochester Institute of Technology. I did malware analysis at Apple for a few years after school and I am currently a security researcher for the Software Engineering Insititute at CMU.
Outside of tech, I love picking up various hobbies so I avidly enjoy rock climbing, boxing, and photography.
